Nevada State students can use the Student Center to locate courses with Low-Cost (under $40) or Zero-Cost (free) textbooks during registration. Follow the steps below to find these sections.
Search for Low-Cost and Zero-Cost Course Sections
To search for low-cost and zero-cost textbook course sections, follow these steps:
- Go to my.nevadastate.edu.
 - Log in with your NSHE ID and password when prompted.
 - Select “Class Search” from the top-right section of the homepage.

- Enter Subject, Course Number, or any other search criteria
 - Open the “Course Attribute” drop-down menu located at the bottom of the search
 - Select either Low-Cost or Zero-Cost from the drop-down menu and run your search

Low-Cost and Zero-Cost Course Designations
